  • DOLLARS WAREHOUSE is not liable for any items lost or damaged during postage, after it has been dispatched from us. Most of our products are professionally packaged to minimise the risk of items being damaged during transit.
  • If a defective, damaged or item that is different from what you ordered has been received, a notification needs to be sent within 3 days from the date you received it. A picture of the damaged stock must be provided for damaged items during delivery.
  • Return Shipping: For defective item we will replace the item with a new one; however, we do not cover or reimburse the shipping cost for returning defective merchanise back to us. We will ship the replacement product to you at our cost, and use every good measure to unsure that the replacement order is processed quickly.
  • Refund will be only acceptable for the merchandise returned but not the shipping cost.
