An Sony PSP Monster Hunter Portable 3rd Japan UMD Only. 

As you can see from the pictures the UMD plays and is confirmed to operate as I have loaded it up with a PSP. Note that this is a Japanese release so the language is in Japanese and not in English. 

There are scratches on the plastic cover of the UMD.

Overall this UMD is in good condition and ready to be part of your collection.
