Spectacular Antique WMF Silver Plated Asparagus / Fish Trident Server. 

Original Velvet & Silk lined Case

Year 1886 -1903 

Very Rare and in Wonderful / Exceptional Condition 

Here we have a spectacular WMF large asparagus / Fish Trident server in its original case, beautifully crafted and with an unusual very old Celtic design which is simply amazing. 

This piece has obviously been kept in the draw as the condition is beautiful, no dents, buckles, scratches or any Nickel silver loss, its intricate crisp engraved design is a good as the day it was made.

Its fully stamped with WMFN which is very rare today, the N stands for Neusiber ( Nickel ) and the other stamp 1/0 relates to thickness of silver used,

Its original Case is in excellent condition, hinges, clasp and the interior are all excellent, a small stain on the silk lining, but no fraying of the velvet or the silk. A few scuff marks on the leatherette, gold leaf around the box still whole and excellent.
