The raker set tooth profile provides efficient chip clearance and straight tracking. Suitable for cutting hardwood, softwood, MDF, plywood, and plastics. The blade is resharpenable and can be tensioned up to 20,000psi for accurate straight or gentle curve cuts.
This blade fits any bandsaw requiring a 1425mm length and 13mm width. Suitable for benchtop and floor-standing machines. Use 6 TPI covers general workshop cutting in timber. The 13mm width is optimal for straight cuts and gentle curves, with a minimum curve radius of approximately 40mm. For tight curves, use a narrower blade. Always tension the blade correctly and run-in for five minutes at low speed before heavy use. Store coiled in a dry area to prevent rust.
