George Rose The Great Country or Impressions of America Published by Tinsley Brothers London 1868 First Edition Book is in good condition - pages are quite tight and clean with a few light marks. Occasional weakening at hinges. One page has margins torn away - all text still present (photo) Cloth boards are good / fair - much wear and edge wear. Spine is rubbed and knocked a bit and is part split 3” down one side. Book is ex-library but the only indication is a small label on front pastedown - also a small name opposite (photo).
