Crochet pattern instructions to make vintage 1970s Afghan/hippy/boho style coat.  Long or short length options.  

Size: 34/36/38  inch bust.  Length from shoulder 34 inches.

Materials:  Aran/Afghan weight yarn.
  • Approximately 625 - 775 grams aran/afghan weight yarn depending on size made and make of yarn used
  • 6.00 mm & 5.50 mm crochet hooks.
Tension: 3 sts to 1 inch on 6.00 mm hook.

Due to the age of the pattern, the original yarn suggested may not be available.  It is recommended to crochet/knit a tension square with your chosen yarn, before starting, to ensure the finished garment or item is the size you require.
