We'll gladly accept any return, exchange or refund within 30 days of purchase of any merchandise purchased from 2pretty2 that has not been worn or altered and is accompanied by its original price tag, box, etc, and receipt or packing slip.
The original branded shoe box must be in resalable condition for the return to be accepted.
The Buyers are responsible for the return shipping & handling
A 20% restocking fee will apply.
If your purchase isn't right, we'll work to fix it.
If the item is worn or used we do not accept a return, refund, and/or exchange. It is unacceptable to wear and/or use the merchandise and then to present it for a refund.
We try to ship as fast as we can. Once we ship, we will not stop delivery for any cancellation.
