The signet style means that the thin portion of the ring is under your finger and the wider portion of the ring is on top of your finger.  As the True Love Waits Cross Ring starts to make the transition from wide to thin we engraved the symbol of a cross on each side of the engraved text.  The stacked phrase reads "TRUE LOVE WAITS". You can everything clearly in the photos that it looks allot smaller than the wide portion of the ring. The True Love Waits Cross Ring transitions from the smallest point of 1/8 inch wide and blossoms up to 1/4 inch wide.
