Short-sleeved V-neck Long Blue Tie-Dye Dress Sz L

This dress was purchased by me, and the size on the tag, which is 2X is NOT what this dress is. It’s more like a size L. Please note all pics with measuring tape to show the true size. It is 48” from shoulder to bottom hem. I have shown the sleeve, under the arms, and below mid-body measurements. Also the long side slits, which are around 15” long. This is an “A” line cut.

It is new, and has never been worn. Fabric is a cotton/polyester blend. It is very soft to the touch, and would feel great on. I wish it was my size, so I could wear it! It was to difficult to return it, so I kept it.
