TASTING NOTES
Colour
Nose: A burning summer meadow, with earthy floral notes mixing in with sooty, earthy campfire aromas, along with milk chocolate coated macadamia nuts.
Palate: Cold peat smoke, chorizo and cracked black pepper, with a hint of coastal brine.
Finish: Long, peppery and full of smouldering peat.
