Please note ! If you choose the Special Delivery Service offered in the postage section when purchasing and this is done after 3pm on a Thursday or Friday before 4pm, I will not post till the Monday unless you agree to pay the additional fee applicable by Royal Mail ( currently £4.76 as of the 23rd March 2020 up to 1kg ) If you are thinking of making a purchase and requiring a Saturday delivery, Please use the ( Other 24Hr Courier ) postage option and this will ensure that you will receive your delivery on Saturday.   

Sorry but I am not VAT registered so no VAT receipts will be issued.

Items must be returned in the same condition as sent before refund will be issued.

Return postage is to be paid for by the buyer unless item sent is for some reason faulty.

If your item is damaged in the post I will make a claim for the damaged item and when the relevant company sends compensation I will then send you a replacement or a refund. (I deal with the damaged items that way as the post office will send you a form that you will have to fill in and return before they will send me compensation)

Faulty items will be replaced unless I do not have a replacement in stock in which case you will get a full refund.

If you want to return the item even though there is nothing wrong with the item you can but, you will be charged a re-stock fee which will cover all fees incurred due to the transaction, i.e. Listing fee, final value fee and re listing fee, these fees will be deducted from your refund.
