The power pack converts input voltage from 110 volts to 240 volts AC to 24 volts DC.  
We supply the correct  powerpack that is rated suitable to operate with the electrical system to the customer's country.

The Klemens Zapper can be used running on 3 x 9 volt batteries but many customers opt to use a powerpack with the Klemens Zapper.  It supplies the option to use an AC power source rather than 3 x 9 volt batteries. The Klemens Zapper is also available with electropads available here: https://www.ebay.com.au/itm/174420323231 but the same unit can still operate as the regular zapper using the probes and wrist strap also.
