Directions

Best consumed with food.

Adults over 12 years:
Take 1 metric teaspoon (5mL) daily.

Children 2 to 12 years:
Take 2.5mL daily or as directed by your health professional.

For extended freshness, store refrigerated.
To maintain quality and freshness keep bottle in carton.
Refrigerate after opening. Best consumed within 12 weeks of opening.

The recommended daily amount of Vitamin A from all sources is 700 micrograms retinol equivalents (RE) for women and 900 micrograms retinol equivalents for men.
