Wonderful recipes developed by the Culinary Arts Institute, " One of America's foremost organizations devoted to the science of Better Cookery" during the 1950s are featured in these 13 booklets. All of the booklets are dated between 1950 and 1956.

As pictured these are all soft covered booklets with 2 staple bindings. They all measure 6" x 8-3/4" with most having 48 numbered pages (one has 66 pages). The cosmetic condition is quite good with some surface wear on the covers as well as minor edge wear along the spine. Inside pages are clean in very good condition.
I'll just mention that all the booklets together weigh 2 pounds 4 ounces.
