Our mission statement: “To provide designer level, high quality, value for money fabrics to our customers and the community”.

 A little about us: We are Fabric Scouts and Traders of Fabulous Fabric in Australia. We source our Designer Fabrics from Australia’s leading and Elite Fashion Designers and Manufacturers and deliver them to you, the Home Sewer, Designer and Creative at much below retail prices.

Our story begins in Sydney in the Australian Fashion industry. At the cutting room floor and working with many of Australia’s most successful and renowned Designers and Fashion Companies our passion and knowledge of fabric grew and developed. We then recognised a gap in the market of wasted, end of production line fabrics deciding to redistribute these beautiful fabrics firstly at local Sydney markets then moving to online in 2005. Operating for the last 15 years. We are proud to presently run two successful eBay stores, Fabric Warehouse Sydney and more recently Gypsy Fabrics both of which operate 100% online.

Useful buying info:  

• Grab a stash of fabric for a current project or stock up for future projects as once we sell out we generally cannot source the exact same fabric again at the discounted price. This fabric as are all of our fabrics is of excellent quality and generally not available in commercial fabric retail stores at these prices.
• We source either directly from Fashion Designers and Manufacturers and / or Wholesalers and are looking to expand our range in the future.
• We are happy to accept offers for fabric if buying in larger quantities so either put in an offer or message us with your proposition.
• Feel free to save on postage and fill up postage bags that come in sizes small $9.5, medium $12.5, large $15.50 and extra large $19 and can hold up to 5kg of fabric 😊 (message us to ask how much you can squeeze into the relevant bag size). We are also open to alternative carriers if you have a preferred company to ship with.
• We will revise postage costs as sometimes the eBay system does not calculate the correct postage costs (again contact us to double check).
• Our customers are Home Sewers, emerging Designers with small ranges, Fashion Students, Dressmakers, Home 'Beautifiers', Interior Designers and Creatives
• We have many many fabrics not listed online in our two eBay store accounts (Gypsy Fabrics and Fabric Warehouse Sydney) thus feel free to message us with any requests so we can search through our stock 
• Fabric will be kept in continuous lengths when multiple lots are purchased (to 10m in length unless otherwise agreed)
• We sell our fabric either per metre or per lots of 2.5m, 3m and / or bulk lots which save you even more money as are discounted.
• We offer combined postage on multiple items purchased, so please request a combined postage invoice before you make payment or if payment is made before combined postage is applied we will happily refund any excess postage paid OR add in extra fabric at your request (please message us regarding this and your preference).
• Please also feel free to message us with a copy / screen shot of your shopping cart so we can add up the postage for you more accurately (it is often over quoted via eBay)
• We are happy to combine postage if purchasing across both of our stores
• We sell across Australia and Overseas including the USA, UK, Asia, Europe 
• Overseas buyers please contact us for a more accurate quote of postage cost to your particular country of residence
• Pick up is available by appointment in Woonona / Wollongong NSW 😊
