KAWASAKI ZX9R 'B' 1ST Generation genuine 'custom' front mudguard + aftermarket rear hugger mudguard + fairing infills in a matching metallic black.

The front mudguard has been professionally customised by 'East Midlands Customising' using 2 x genuine ZX9R 'B' front mudguards. The mudguard to be sacrificed had the 2 x front mounting lugs removed & the mudguard that got customised had these mounts added in a staggered formation just below the real mounts.
I then had 2 x LED modules fitted to the custom position.
(see pic of how it looked on my ZX9R 'B' + I will include a spare (x1) of exactly the same LED lights as part of the deal - ZX9R 'B' NOT included ha ha ha). They are bolted in using M10 x 1.00 fine thread stainless steel nyloc nuts (special order as that thread is normally 1.5 pitch for M10). In fact ALL the bolts + the actual bolt retainer 'clips' that hold the front & rear halves together have been replaced with stainless steel items. (the stainless steel retaining bolt clips had to be ordered from Germany as hard to get here!).
The rear hugger is a Powerbronze aftermarket fiberglass item. The fairing infills are genuine fitment.
All 3 are sprayed & matched at the same time to the black colour element of my particular ZX9R 'B'. This all cost me some £240 all told at the time! Obviously being black they will work with many other colours & fit in etc etc

Bad bits:
I totally forgot I had a disc lock on the front disc at a bike meet & rolled back hearing the fateful 'kerrrrrunch' to which anyone who has ever made this mistake - you KNOW what you've done instantly.....suffice to say I  have a really bright fluorescent cord that runs up to the bars now! Doh! Everyone at the bike meet went 'ouch' lol Just as well I had me lid on to hide the shame! ha ha ha
The rear huggar has had attention in the past so there are repairs on the inside which you just DO NOT see once fitted & it's 'solid'. The long mount end that fixes near the front of the swinging arm (chain side) had the end all mashed up by the previous owner. It took me some time to fabricate by hand BUT I have made a stainless steel mounting from scratch + used stainless steel nuts 'n' bolts too! (have you noticed I like stainless steel yet?lol - I get sick of rusty bolts on my bikes!)
On the exhaust side there is some damage to the paint finish. I changed up the rear brake line for a stainless steel item which I built myself. I must of got distracted or forgot to fully tighten the unions of the line - some brake fluid weeped from the offending union & has damaged the paint. It's a closer inspection gripe BUT in the spirit of being honest I have to mention it.
The fairing infills lugs are all intact but there are a number of chips to the edges that reveal the original red colour in places. A little bit of touching up will sort these small issues.

So there you have it - the front mudguard needs some filling & then a blow over spray to return it to cosmetic perfection. Considering the amount of time & effort + money these 4 items have cost me - I'm selling them at a bargain price & I have cleaned it all of road dirt + chain grease.
