The E-Clips are known as C-clips or Jesus Clips available as a Set or just the size required.

The E-clips Set (DIN 6799) contains 4 different sizes:
15.5mm (outer diameter in the middle 22.7mm, 1.3 thick)
7mm (outer diameter in the middle 10.9mm, 0.6 thick)
4.5mm (outer diameter in the middle 7mm, 0.5 thick)
2.75mm (outer diameter in the middle 4.9mm, 0.4 thick)
The measurements are illustrated by the Yellow arrow.
The finish is black phosphate and oils.
