Directions

1. Dip a clean, wet toothbrush into the fine powdered charcoal.

2. Brush in small, gentle circles for 2 minutes.

3. Spit carefully and rinse really well thoroughly with water.

4. Use the charcoal alongside your usual oral regime, ie. brush with charcoal and then usual toothpaste to finish
