If you would like to return a product, you may do so only if the item is in its original package and has not been opened or used and within 14 days of receiving the package. For such items, we will offer a full refund, excluding our initial shipping cost. Please note that the buyer will cover the shipping of the product back to us. The refund will only be issued once the product is back at our office. We do not accept returns on products that have been opened or used.
