POSTAGE:

All sold items are dispatched by Royal Mail Standard Delivery. Should you wish to receive an item as a matter of urgency, please email us and we will quote you for the amount required to dispatch by Recorded Signed For or Special Delivery services. We ensure all items are packed securely prior to dispatch.

RETURNS:

If your item develops a fault or has a defect please contact us via eBay.  If you return your item for any other reason within 7 days from receipt we will be happy to refund you.  Prior to returning any item, please contact us via e-mail so we can help you quickly and efficiently.  We aim to deal with all e-mails within 48 hours, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.  Please note that you are responsible for the cost of return postage in any instance. We can only refund or replace items we actually receive. To guarantee receipt, you must return the item by an insured service, such as Recorded Delivery or Special Delivery. This will provide you with a proof of receipt.  All Returns are processed within 5 working days of receipt at our office. Please ensure you include your eBay user ID, listing number and reason for return; otherwise the refund may be delayed.  If you are unhappy with your purchase or have a complaint, please get in touch with us before leaving adverse feedback.
