The holder is 10 3/4" tall X 11 1/4" length. The bottom bottle holder is 3 1/6" across. The handle is wooden, and everything else is brass. There is one cap nut missing at one wheel. The wheel is holding in place without the nut, because it threads onto a threaded shaft. Wheels do roll by design. Good condition with some age and usage wear scratches, scuffs, and age discoloration. Will be shipped partially disassembled to reduce shipping package size and damages due to shipping and handling.
