Shark PD Series Round & Square Knockout Punches (Made in Japan)


For use with hydraulic or manual punch driver and imperial thread draw studs (3/8", 7/16" & 3/4"). 


The Shark PD Series is a premium grade range of punch and dies manufactured from high-grade tool steel for mild steel and premium grade oil hardened tool steel for stainless steel, ensuring accurate holes and long punch life.

  • Available in standard ISO sizes for punching through mild steel, brass, aluminium, stainless steel, etc.
  • Both Mild & Stainless Steel punch and dies can be used on both Brass and Aluminium.
  • Mild & Stainless Steel punches are both designed to resist wear.
  • Mild Steel Punches are also suitable for use on Stainless Steel with reduced life expectancy.
  • In Australia, punch or punching kits are commonly referred to as chassis punches.
  • Round Stainless Steel Punches (Max capacity 3.2mm including Mild Steel, Brass and Aluminium)


Our Stainless Steel punches have twin cutting edges which enable maximum penetration while providing stability and cutting slugs in half to be easily removed from the die after punching.


Stainless steel punches can be used on Mild Steel, Brass and Aluminium.

Metric ISO sizes available are: 16.2mm, 20.4mm, 22.5mm, 25.4mm, 32.5mm, 40.5mm, 50.8mm, 63.5mm.
