Your horse's bit size is the best estimate for Greenguard muzzle size. See the chart below for sizing. These muzzles should fit much larger than traditional grazing muzzles. If your horse is between sizes, we recommend getting the larger size because if the muzzle is too small it may rub.

CAUTION: Horse and Pony sizes may not fit in some types of automatic waterers if the diameter is less than 10 inches. Make sure the muzzle will fit in your horse's water source before ordering. JHR Pricing and Delivery We attempt to deliver products with 3-5 working days once payment has been received. In some cases delivery may take longer due to demands, stock levels or delivery issues which our out of our control. In these cases delivery may take up to 21 days. On delivery signature may be needed at the time of delivery. Buyers are advised to check the condition of the packaging to ensure no damage has been made by the delivery partner. We will make every effort to stock the item you order however in the event of a product not being stocked we will contact you within 48hours with a revised delivery date. We can be held responsible for any loss you may suffer if we do not supply the goods or on time. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order for goods if it has been listed as an incorrect price due to a typographical error or tax. We reserve the right to charge an extra postage cost if the customer has entered the wrong shipping address.

JHR Return of Sale or non sale goods must returned in perfect condition, with all labels attached, in its original packaging and with proof of purchase for unwanted goods may be returned within 90 days and up to 30 days for faulty/damaged goods

A refund would be issued to the buyer. The buyer is responsible for all delivery and packing costs. If the buyer has made an incorrect choice of the item JHR will issue a credit note for the remaining amount.

If an item has been worn or used then that item is not deemable to a refund unless the product is found by the manufacturer to be fault or not up to standard. Any returns can take up to 28 days to be processed.
