Make the claim:

When a claim is received, our customer service team will consider each claim on a case by case basis and if required, photo of proof may be requested by us to complete the claim. In the event where PEC Australia requires faulty products to be sent back to us, we will pay for the return postage fees. Warranty period commences on the date the payment is fully received by PEC Australia. Please retain your receipt as proof of purchase incase you need to make a claim.
