Note:  (From pictures 3 & 4):  "There are not a great many errors in existence of Bureau precancels.  The "Oiho" error is very well known.  These errors were discovered in the fall of 1959.  The error exists in the six denominations shown below.  The error occurs in positions 26, 27, 28, 29, and 30 of the 100 subject sheets as issued.  On October 2, 1959 the stock of unsold errors was ordered destroyed.
