Shipping and Handling Policy

All shipping cost include Free Shipping applies to 48 U.S. continental states only. A surcharge will apply all shipment ship to AK, HI, PR and APO address.  All merchandise is shipped to your continental U.S. business or residential address for the standard shipping charge listed in the listing.   We do not ship to P.O. boxes unless the item is less than 2 lbs. Please provide a physical shipping address in case the item is over 2lbs. APO, AE, Guam, PR, and other American Territory address, please contact us for exact shipping cost.

Special Deliver Request:
Please notify us if you want the package to be left at the front door if no one is available when the package gets delivered.  Please note we can only instruct such service to UPS driver. USPS driver can not be instructed. We ship via USPS for certain locations, if you need the delivery by UPS due to special deliver request, you'll need to pay for the difference of shipping cost between UPS and USPS.

If no one is available during delivery which causes the package to return to us, buyers will be responsible for the shipping cost for the package to be re-shipped (Free shipping item will be charged for the actual cost of shipping).  If buyer decides to cancel the item the refund will be less shipping cost both way.

Return policy note:

We offer a no hassle return policy which allows the buyer to return the product in 30 days with a prepaid return shipping label.  Please ensure the product is returned in the original condition as new and unused (packed in the original retail bag along with all contents including any item that was bundled).  If the returned product is not in its original condition as new and unused (item shown used, not return in the retail package, the item's been altered, damaged caused by installation or improper packing when it's returned or content's missing), a 20% restocking fee will apply and the return shipping cost will be deducted from the total refund.
