Payments, Returns & International Shipping

Payments:

Immediate payment is required when using BUY IT NOW option.
For auctioned item, payment is due within 48 hours after winning the auction.
Only serious bidders are welcome to bid. Non-paying bidders will be reported to eBay.

Returns:

Buyer has to contact seller through eBay messages to authorize a return within the stated time frame.
Returned item must be in original condition. Re-attached, missing/removed tags, worn items are not eligible for return.
Buyer pays return shipping. Original shipping is NOT refundable. Cost to ship will be deducted from the refund for free shipping item.
Refund will be honored after seller receives the item back, providing all conditions are met.
Returning item received after (14) days may incur 15% restocking fee.

International Shipping:

All import duties, taxes and charges are NOT INCLUDED in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying. These charges are normally collected by the delivering shipping (or freight) company, or when you pick the item up. Please do not confuse them for additional shipping charges.
USPS Express Mail International will be used for items valued over $500.
USPS Priority Mail International or Express Mail International will be used for items valued over $100.
USPS First-Class Package International can be used for items valued under $100. Please beware that USPS First-Class Package International Service, Priority Mail International Small Flat Rate Box and Priority Mail International Padded Flat Rate Envelope do not provide tracking after package is dispatched from the US. Delivery time for USPS First-Class Package International Service varies by location. Most deliveries are within 2 to 4 weeks. On rare occasions delivery may take up to 6 weeks.
Items shipped via USPS First-Class Package International Service, Priority Mail International Small Flat Rate Box and Priority Mail International Padded Flat Rate Envelope will be insured for loss or damage protection. To file a shipping insurance claim for lost shipment, it is required that we must wait before filling: MINIMUM 45 DAYS for shipments to all other international locations (including shipments from the U.S. to Canada, from Canada to the U.S., and from U.S. to APO/FPO addresses), 60 DAYS for shipments to Italy. Also, in order to process a claim, buyer is required to complete an online affidavit form to confirm the loss or damage of the item(s).
For shipments to Argentina, Brazil, Russia and other Commonwealth of Independent States countries (includes Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Moldova, Russia, Russian Federation, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Ukraine, and Uzbekistan): only USPS Priority Mail International or USPS Priority Mail Express International shipping option will be used. Order will be cancelled if buyer selects USPS First-Class Package International Service as shipping option.
