This is marked 115 AC and Output 13 6 

I have plugged this in the power goes on,, Previous owner of both stated in good working condition,, However I have no way of checking so this is being sold "as is".  If you have questions I will do my best to help you. I have done my research on these but beyond that a mechanic or >?>>>? I am not.. 

My understanding is these are used on Boats
