Condition: Please zoom in on photos carefully as they are part of the description -all of my books are VERY OLD and have wear. I try to explain the worse, but I am a young human and sometimes I do miss a thing or 2.

textblock- for the most part it is very good, however, issues with the first few pages - the ffep is stuck to the front boards & torn, slight separation at one of the index pages, and much separation to one of the index pages and taped at this gutter [ see picture #6] / after the index pages everything is good & tight
outer joints- very good
spine ends- very good
tips- very good
inner hinges- very good [see title page for front]
pages- mostly very clean -saw only 2 pages with spots, toned but not too brittle
rips /folds - apx 6 small rips that I saw / 1 bad fold [ shown] a few very small chips to the edges of apx 12 pages [ mostly in the front of the book]
writing - no
other - slightly cocked. overall - except for the first few pages...very good -excellent condition for its age!

and remember -this book is very old and may have accumulated bad smells along the way [musty basement/ mildew/ smoke] - I have found that dryer sheets in them for a few months makes a world of difference! some of my books get sold right away so please consider using this trick before deciding to return it! As far as I can tell -this book has no bad smell.
