Returns Policy

- In the unlikely event that one of our products is faulty we will gladly replace it at the request of the buyer, provided that the damage/defect is not the result of the buyer’s actions. The buyer must notify us within 7 days of receiving the good

- Please note that all of our products are Brand New and therefore unlikely to be defective

- Any products damaged during transport and handling are not eligible for replacement. In this case, the delivery company is liable and insurance will cover this

- We pride ourselves on quality service through effective communication; therefore if any issues arise we will do everything we can to ensure customer satisfaction

- Payment must be made within 3 days of purchase. If extra time is needed you must email us within 3 days of purchase and advise us that you need more time to pay

- Items will be posted as soon as payment is finalised. Please allow a delivery time of 3-5 working days for locations within Australia and 6-9 working days for locations outside Australia
