Our Food Flavor Drops are Food Grade, water soluble, highly concentrated, multi-purpose flavor concentrates. The highly concentrated nature of our Food Flavor Drops allows us to deliver a superior flavor concentrate, free from preservatives and stabilizers. Our Flavors are proudly made with the finest ingredients in the USA. Most of our flavors contain little or no sweeteners, so if you are using in an application that is unsweetened (like water), you will most likely need to add a sweetener to prevent a bitter taste. Our products should not be considered safe for peanut allergies or for diabetic use.

Shipping Time: Our customers usually receive their orders within 3-5 business days of order.
If USPS loses a package, we will reship a new order at no cost to you (after 10 business days). If we receive product back due to incorrect address, you will need to start a return with the reason "ordered by mistake". We will then be able to refund (less our $5.00 shipping cost). We will not reship deliveries due to address issues on the buyer's end. It is the buyers responsibility to ensure the address is correct before making the purchase. If you realize the address is incorrect, please send us a message immediately so we can modify your order. If there is already tracking attached to your order, there is nothing we can do to change it. We will need to receive the order back before we will be able to refund. So please watch the original tracking to know when we receive the order back, then start a return with the reason "ordered by mistake". We will then refund, less shipping.
Refund policy: Being that flavors are subjective; we will not provide refunds for a flavor that does not appeal to you. Refunds may be granted in special circumstances only, which will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Return policy: We have a 30 day return policy, which applies to unused products (seal not broken). Buyer would be responsible for return shipping costs. If the return is due to an error on our end, we will cover return shipping costs.
