    -Why hasn’t my order shipped/Why is it taking so long? Our metal badges and grilles are custom made-we don’t make it until you order it! We’re a small operation, so metal items can take 5-7 business days to produce. If you haven’t received tracking information within that time frame, please reach out to us for an update. The standard free shipping can take 2-9 days for delivery. Expedited shipping is available at an extra cost, please message us BEFORE ordering if you are interested. Thank you for your patience!

    -Why are you ignoring my messages? Our business hours are Monday through Friday, 9AM to 4PM (PST). Again, we are a small business, so we simply may have not gotten to your message yet. Please allow at least 24 hours before sending your message again, or until the next business day if it is a weekend or holiday. Your questions, concerns, and feedback are important to us! We will get to you as soon as we can.
