This appears to be hand made, as the edge of it is not smooth but has ridges from sawed out that were not completely sanded smooth and the applique (which I'm assuming what the illustration is) is not perfectly centered on the disc.  Appears to have a varnish type protective coating.

No date markings on this but has the appearance of some age.

A nice decorative piece.
