You are buying a beautiful wavy abstract sterling silver pendant and black rubber cord necklace.  The pendant measures 1-5/8" long, 1-1/8" wide and weighs 5 grams.  The necklace has a hanging length of 7-1/2" (not counting the pendant). 

Overall, the piece is in very good condition reflecting normal wear.  However, the pendant could use some polishing.  The back of the pendant is marked "925" (see photos for details).
