Measurements are taken with garment laying flat using the following guidelines:
Neck/Collar - from inside shoulder seam to shoulder seam
Shoulders - from outside shoulder seam to shoulder seam
Sleeve - from outside shoulder seam to wrist
Chest - from underarm seam to underarm seam
Waist - taken at natural waist line side seam to side seam
Hip - side seam to side seam approximately 7" below waist line
Hem Width - side seam to side seam at bottom
Length - from back neckline to bottom
Inseam - from crotch to bottom hemline
Rise - from crotch to waist line

Table top dress form measurements: Shoulders 15", Chest 36" Waist 28" Hip 34"
Mannequin measurements: Shoulders 13", Arm 22", Chest 34", Waist 26", Hip 36"
Scrapz Costume Closet inventory, new and used, has been stored in a warehouse wardrobe room. Costumes were cleaned before stored, however, some items have been in storage a few years, hung on racks or stored in bins. New items are overstock from bulk purchases and may have been in long term storage as well. Cleaning before wearing/use is recommended for both new and preowned items.
