SUPER RARE RUGRATS "TOMMY" MINI ACTION FIGURE!!!!

This is a super rare Nickelodeon RUGRATS Mini "TOMMY" Action Figure!  It is still brand new, made in 2012, and has never been removed from the package.  It includes a little accessory in the form of either a screwdriver or bottle, I'm not quite sure, I don't think anybody is!   The box shows minimal signs of normal shelf wear, just some little creases and minor edge wear.  He measures 3 inches tall.  Please use pictures to make final decision on condition.
