A beautiful French-made 11 1/2" chef/ kitchen knife by a very well-known maker, Laguiole. This looks unused to me - it has it's original edge and certainly has never been  sharpened. You can clearly see how beautiful the condition is by the reflections off the blade in the pics - I could not get around this no matter how I tried to photograph it.
