If you encounter an issue or have a question, please message us. Keep in mind all our items are used, so please expect to have small blemishes, scuffs, or dirt present on the item. 

Please be aware that your purchase may arrive in a box you were not expecting. We sometimes use boxes that are from other products or companies.

Please do not remove any mark that may be present on the item, as these are our identification marks and if the item is returned and the marks are not present, the refund will not be issued. 

Warranty & Returns

If the item sold fails to work due to defective product or wrong fitment (provided customer ordered correctly for their vehicle), we will issue a refund up to the cost of the part purchased price (no refunds for labor costs). If the item you receive does not fit or work in your vehicle, we may ask you for a picture and your part number so we can try to properly assist you. All returns are accepted up to 30 days after date of delivery for refund or exchange. Items NOT covered by warranty are parts that are not defective, but are returned, the following will apply: 15% Restocking Fee, shipping costs are not refunded, and customer pays for shipping the part back.

“as-is” items

Any damage above and beyond normal wear and tear will be shown in the photos and the description will say “AS IS”. Please know that this is just our opinion so please verify all condition by pictures given. View all pictures to verify condition and color before purchase is made. Any listing that says “AS-IS” does not include a warranty and all sales are final. Warranties do NOT cover any labor costs!
