Item Description:
We never sell anything that we do not have a good understanding of what it is, what it does, how it functions and if it works properly.  We describe the item to best to our knowledge and all photos are of very high resolution so that you can see clearly what you are buying and they become part of the description.  The picture of the item in the ad is the actual photo of the item or one of the items being sold and not a stock photo, except in the case of an item that is brand new in it's original unopened package.  

Shipping Times:
Orders received and paid for Monday through Thursday before 4:00 PM Central time will almost always ship the same day. Orders received Friday after 9:00 AM through Sunday will ship Sunday (and yes we have available pick-up on Sunday.  Special arrangements can be made in emergency, for weekend shipments,  All though we make every attempt to ship as stated, in some cases circumstances beyond our control will prevent us from meeting this goal. Orders received on holidays will ship the next business day and orders received the day before a holiday will be treated the same as Friday orders.

Shipping Methods:
We generally ship the by the lowest cost, which is generally USPS or UPS ground.  If you require faster deliever we offer express mail which generally will get it to you in one business day, including satureday.  We also will ship Next Day or Second Day Air via UPS or FedEx.  The most cost effective way of shippng by UPS or FedEx is for you to provide your account number and they will charge you directly for the shipping.  Just request UPS or FedEx and including your account number.

Shipping Charges and Combining Purchases:
Our shipping charges are never inflated.  We always try to use the lowest cost and pass the savings on to you.  As eBay's shipping calculator does not always come up with the best price on combined purchases if you purchase more than one item and want them shipped together you can always request combined shipping and if there is a savings we will invoice accordingly or refund the difference.

Payment:
Payment accepted via Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club & JCB, through eBay.  You can pay directly right after the sale or wait and we will send you an invoice through eBay which will include 2 options for payment, 1: by Credit Card or 2: by PayPal.   Payment expected to be made promptly.
