This is an original hand painted watercolor painting signed Kronish matted and framed in very good condition. I bought at an estate sale and could not get any information. I could not find anything on the internet. I don't know if the artist is listed or not. I live in Florida so I enjoy this paintings of Northern houses in the woods.

I received information from an eBayer who sent me a link to this artist architect and there is quite a bit of information. Richard Joseph Neutra born Vienna, Austria 04-08-1892 to 04-16-1970 was an architect living and building the majority of his life in Southern California. Wikipedia says he was one of the most important modernist architects of his time. He built the Kronish House in 1954 and it is located in Beverly Hills. Mr. Kronish was a real estate developer and bought land from Shirley Temple. The house was rescued from demolition in 2011. Mr. Neutra was a famous architect and I would be surprised if he did the watercolor.

With frame it measures 24-1/4" x 20".
