The maximum heat reached during testing at the end of 9 hours of continuous use on maximum speed (92 pps) in a ventilated area, is not more than comfortably warm to touch.
All Klemens pulsers are sold with a heat resistant pouch that must be fitted over the paddle prior to use of the unit. The pouch should be used at all times that the unit is in operation for safety reasons.

Warranty Information
Each unit comes with a 4 year warranty on our workmanship on internal components. Warranty is void if the failure is due to abuse or negligence. Warranty voided if machine case is opened.
All international orders will receive an inbuilt self-diagnostics system. In the rare case the unit develops a fault, you will only have to send back a part that weighs 130 grams (4.5 oz) for any warranty or repairs. This will save shipping fees that might be required to send the whole heavy unit back.
