For Sale is a new Mid Mount Alternator Bracket for a Small Block Chevy with a Long Water Pump. This bracket utilizes the original bolt hole in the head and (2) threaded holes in the factory or aftermarket mechanical water pump. It positions the alternator below the mounting bolt on the head rather than above it. This mounts your alternator out of the way, it looks better and still clears the fenders of early 30's Rods.

 

This bracket is machined from 6061-T6 Billet Aluminum. It has a brushed satin finish. 

 

Includes the following hardware:

(1) Stainless Steel Socket Head Bolt with aluminum spacer for alternator pivot.

(1) Stainless Steel Socket Head Bolt with flat washer for belt adjustment.

(2) Stainless Steel Socket Head Bolts with flat washers to attach bracket to water pump.

 

Note:  If you are using standard diameter crank and water pump pulleys use a 43 1/8" belt (Gates #7425)
