SHIPPING:

Items will be folded when shipped.

All items ship Monday through Friday Via USPS or FedEx and all tracking is uploaded at the time of shipment. 

Items are shipped within one business day of purchase. Any items purchased on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday will ship out on Monday and tracking will be uploaded at that time. 

Items cannot ship on Federal Postal Holidays. They will ship the following business day.

Please feel free to reach out to us PRIOR TO PURCHASE with any questions about item sizing, color, etc. to avoid potential returns. We are also happy to answer any questions regarding your order after purchase. Please allow one business day for email responses. We try to answer as quickly as we can, but our team works standard business hours of Monday through Friday from 9-5 EST. Emails received over the weekend will be answered by the end of the day the following Monday. Please refrain from sending multiple emails regarding the same situation. It does not provide you with a quicker response time as emails are answered in the order that they are received.

We offer free 30 days returns through eBay. We are happy to pay return shipping and provide a full refund for any unused, unwashed items that are returned in the same condition that they were purchased in (including any applicable tags).
