If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason you can return items to us within 14 days of receipt for a refund.

Please inform us of your intention to return the items before you do so. When returning your items it is imperative to include copy of our invoice.

For unwanted items must be returned to us at your own cost, unused with original packaging and in a saleable condition within 14 days of receipt. If the items are not complete, new or unused or the packaging is missing or damaged then a restocking fee may apply dependant upon any damage or loss to product or packaging.

Goods must be returned by a traceable method. Refund will only be made when the product has been received and checked by us

DAMAGED/FAULTY GOODS

IMPORTANT DO NOT ACCEPT OR SIGNED FOR DAMAGED PARCELS. CARRIER IS OBLIGED TO RETURN DAMAGED PARCELS TO US.

Any items damaged in transit must be reported to us within 24 hours.

If items found damaged on delivery we will arrange to collect large items free of charge, for small items we will ask you to return yourself and upon receipt of items we will refund cost of returning items to us. If you wish we will send replacement or if preferred we will issue a full refund of items found damaged/faulty. Please note all damaged/faulty items must be returned in original packaging we cannot refund or exchange incomplete purchases.

If a returned item is found not to be faulty we may ask for a contribution towards the cost to return the item to yourself. If any product develop a fault within the guarantee period we will repair free of charge or replace at our discretion

For UK mainland our maximum carriage is £8.00 regardless of how many items you buy from us.

Royal Mail 48 hours tracked This service is used for small parcels. You will receive confirmation of tracking number and if item not received please check first tracking information before opening a case for item not received.

24 Hours courier. This service is used for large parcel and a signature is required on delivery.

To help prevent failed deliveries please ensure correct postcode is provided and where possible a contact phone number. We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-3 working days of purchase and cleared payment

Whilst we can give you the best advice on suitable lighting under the current regulations a qualified electrician is recommended to install light fittings. We cannot be held liable for any problems resulting in either the wiring of the product, or the damaging of the product caused by lack of qualified installation. Also we do not recommend to book an electrician before you receive your order as there is always a risk of late delivery or faulty/damaged goods.

All our products are brand new complying with current EU standards and come with manufacturer’s warranty. All prices include VAT. We do sell our products in our retail shop so stock levels can be different to what we advertise on Ebay. We will notify you if there would be a delay in dispatching your item.
