Return policy details:

International buyers: All sales are final. 

USA buyers: 

USA buyers:  We are downsizing our inventory. That's why all sales are final. Other then, we'll gladly accept any return, exchange or refund within 30 days of purchase of any merchandise purchased from 2pretty2 that has not been worn or altered and is accompanied by its original price tag, box, etc., and receipt or packing slip.

 The Buyers are responsible for the return shipping & handling

A 20% restocking fee will apply.

If the item is worn or used, we do not accept a return, refund, and/or exchange.  It is unacceptable to wear and/or use the merchandise and then to present it for a refund.

We try to ship as fast as we can. Once we ship, we will not stop delivery for any cancellation.

International Buyers:

Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.

Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying. These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping)  company or when you pick the item up. (Do not confuse them for additional shipping charges)
