You are purchasing a lot of 10  LITTELFUSE 311 Series Fuses Fast Acting Glass Cartridge fuses.  Part number  311015  rated 32 VAC/DC.  The size is 1/4' diameter by 1-1/4" long.  These are new excess distributor stock that is now an obsolete part.
