INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS

Remove any stones or debris from the area. We recommend using a rake.

Layout your mats flush to each other, one row at a time, until the desired area is covered.

Cable (zip) tie* the mats together on all adjoining edges.

Fold back perimeter edges of the mats and dig a wedge shaped channel into the soil/surface approx.

Unfold the mats back down and into the channel. Pin each corner into the sloped side of the channel, then refill the channel to bring it level to the surrounding area.

You now have a solid rectangle of mats secured at all edges. Pin* mats as necessary.

RETURNS INFORMATION

All Delta Mart products come with a manufacturers guarantee. In case any defect in product received, you can return the item to us. You can claim a refund of the original item.

You are required to obtain a RNA via email before sending the product back, to ensure for fast refund. However, in all other cases, if you wish to return goods, please contact us with the details as soon as possible.

We will accept any returns or exchanges within 30 days from date of delivery. After 30 days from date of delivery, the goods received will be assumed satisfactory and any claims for errors in shipment, or requests for returns and exchanges will not be accepted.

We will only accept goods returned provided they are clean, in original condition, in a saleable condition, with no rips, tears, damages or markings.All decisions of return of goods are subject to the discretion of Delta Mart and the normal policies prevailing in the industry.

If not agreed in advance, all Returns and/or Exchanges are subject to a Return Shipping/Collection Fee and a maximum handling fee of 20%.

A person must be available to take delivery of the item. Buyer will be responsible of any costs towards re-delivery due to no-one available to sign for the goods delivered.

You must inform us of any access or other issues at the time of placing anorder and also provide us with a contact number, which will be conveyed to the courier.
