POSTAGE & DELIVERY

Postage costs are charged relating to the cost of sending the item only - we make no profit from P&P charges. Proof of postage is always obtained.

Orders will be dispatched within 1 working day (not including weekends or Bank Holidays) of received payment in full. All orders are sent by Israel Postal Company. By air (standard int'l postage) allow these working days from dispatch time -- Europe & Asia: 12 working days ; Rest of the world: 15-30 working days.
Please contact us if you do not receive your order within this time frame as occasionally items do get delayed or go missing in the postal system.

RETURNS

We hope that you will be happy with your purchase. We accept returns of any item for any reason and will refund your payment (item price only) upon receipt of returned item. We simply ask that items are returned in original condition within 14 days and that you notify us by email prior to the item being returned. The buyer is responsible for return delivery costs. You will be reimbursed if the reason for return is that the goods were faulty.
