We ship items daily, Monday through Friday most orders ship within 24 hours of receiving payment.

As for our shipping method we use Royal Mail Services depending on the item.

We do not ship on Saturday, Sunday or any major holiday, nor is delivery available on those days.

We ship Worldwideonly to address that you have upon check out in paypal.

All items come with a 14 day warranty from the date of purchase. Any problems upon receipt of the item must be made know to us in writing via e-mail. Please include your eBay user ID in all communication. All defective items will be thoroughly tested for the problem specified by the buyer.

At our discretion we will repair or replace or refund. If a refund is being requested for a non-defective item, a 20% restocking fee is taken out of the amount that is being refunded. All items being returned for a refund must be returned in the same condition as received, including all accessories and packaging materials. If any item is missing from the original package a fee will be applied for the cost of the replacement.

Please note that due to the nature of the crystallised cases, diamantes may become loose due to general wear. All our items are handmade with the highest quality products and are means tested. Due to this refunds will not available.
