Enhanced logging: pcAnywhere 10.5 adds additional logging capabilities including:
Connection status: For added security, the host icon in the system tray now displays information about who is connected to the host. Move the cursor over the host icon to see the remote computer name, type of connection, and session duration.
Customizable container view: The watermarks in the pcAnywhere Manager window help you distinguish between different modes of operation, such as host or remote. The View menu now lets you turn the watermarks on or off, so helpdesk operators and others who manage a large number of connection items can have an unobstructed view of their connection lists.
Rebootless Host: pcAnywhere Packager lets administrators create host-only packages that do not require end users to restart their computers once the installation is complete. pcAnywhere lets you configure a Windows NT authentication caller
account that supports global domain groups that are nested within a
